Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Galen Gering Spills Backstage DOOL Secrets

NBC Days of our Lives spoilers reveal that Galen Gering has left the set as Rafe Hernandez but that doesn’t mean he’s disappeared from view on social media. The handsome and talented star has been treating fans to lots of fun photos and videos from the DOOL set.

He recently posted on Instagram: “People often ask what a typical day at @nbcdays is like. This offers a small window into that. First, there’s me showing up and receiving something great in the mail (love that.) Then @katemansi (Abigail) laughing hysterically after spilling her peanut sauce all over our beloved Deidre. Good times.”

He also posted: “Then rehearsal with the amazing @salstowers (Lani) and @lamonarchey (Eli) as always, @salstowers looking at me like ‘why are you recording this?!’ Fair thought. Same thoughts in the next photo. @camila [Banus, Gabi] lookin fly ready to blow up Julie’s [Susan Seaforth Hayes] heart. Sis got issues.”

Of course, he’s referring to his onscreen sister Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) who at one time had the ability to explode the pacemaker in Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart. Gabi has moved on to a new target, however, but it’s nice to flashback to the past, too.

The busy guy also posted: “And of course @lamonarchey and @1caseymoss (J.J.) lookin like the dudes’ everyone wants to hang out with,” Gering adds. “And then there’s @laurenkoslow (Kate) giving me the finger for something I probably didn’t deserve. ?And now she’s gonna kill me. And that’s all folks…”

Gering debuted on daytime as Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald on Passions, back in 1999. He remained with the show until its end in 2008.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – How Will Rafe Hernandez Exit Salem?

On DOOL he debuted as an FBI agent who was tasked with protecting Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). That job led to marriage for the two but it didn’t last. They are once again in each other’s orbit at the present time. Rafe was a candidate for adopting Sami’s grandchild but she scuppered the idea, leading to a lot of drama, and leaving Rafe out of the running.

Galen announced this year that he is exiting the NBC sudser, but there’s been no official word yet on his final air date. Let’s hope he keeps up the regular updates once he does indeed depart Salem!
