DOOL spoilers reveal that Lani begged her husband not to have Kristen arrested. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) warned Kristen that there was a huge risk having Lani watch their baby girl. It’s not Lani he was concerned about, but what Eli would do if he found out.

Well, Eli knows that Kristen is back in Salem and wants her arrested. Even though Lani gets him to agree not to put out an APB on Kristen, he will end up breaking his promise.

Eli ends up betraying Lani and having Kristen arrested. She is handcuffed, read her Miranda rights, and taken down to the station. Then, Eli goes to pay a visit to Kristen and talk to her. We imagine he will lash out at Kristen over her involving Lani.

The pregnant detective is carrying twins and should be on bed rest. She shouldn’t be worrying or stressing about anything. Her only focus should be carrying healthy babies, not putting her job on the line yet again for her best friend.

Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Lani will fight back after she finds out what Eli has done. In a previous issue of Soap Opera Digest, head writer Ron Carlivati teased that the “Elani” marriage would be tested by Lani’s action or inaction regarding Kristen’s predicament. Perhaps a statement or some evidence will magically disappear. Or maybe Lani won’t file a report that is necessary for a trial to begin, forcing the judge to dismiss the case.

DOOL Spoilers – Victor Kiriakis Helps Enemy

At the same time that Lani does something to help Kristen, she will also get assistance from someone else. Brady will turn to his grandfather and Kristen’s victim to get some help. Wanting to make it up to Brady, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) will probably agree to do what he can to free Kristen. However, nothing happens in Salem without some sort of consequences and this is no different.
