Ben didn’t trust her, so she brought up his serial killer past. It was interesting since they both had a history of mental illness. Eventually, Ben and Claire became friends, which is why she pays him an expected visit.

During the week of December 21, Claire has a special delivery for the reformed serial killer. She hands him a Christmas gift. He probably assumes that she is the one who picked out the gift. However, he is wrong about that. It turns out that Ben’s gift is from his dead wife. He is caught off guard for a few moments, simply because Ciara is dead.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben realizes that this is exactly Ciara’s style. Before they got married, Ciara opened a drawer to pull out a gift. She never waited until birthdays, anniversaries or the holidays to go shopping. When she saw something that would make the perfect gift, she bought it right then and there. She would go home, wrap it and stash it out of sight. When that special day arrived, she would give it to her loved one. The gifts were casually handed over during the most unexpected moments, which surprised Ben every single time.

DOOL Episode Spoilers – Christmas Miracle?

Even though Ciara is presumed dead and there has been a memorial, fans suspect she survived. We are going to see her during the Horton’s Christmas ornament hanging event. Ben will hang up his ornament, but can’t bring himself to do Ciara’s. He is paralyzed and is about to break down. Then, he sees a vision of Ciara, who smiles and tells him they can hang it together.

Even though Ciara is only there in Ben’s mind, she could return in the flesh at any moment. Perhaps we will get a Christmas miracle and Ciara will be found alive. We will have to wait and see if it happens or not.
