Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a bone marrow transplant is being considered to treat Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s (the May twins) cancer. Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) is setting up Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) for testing. It is speculated that it confirms they are not the biological parents of the baby.

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that the test results showing Mickey is not Eric and Sarah’s baby will puzzle everyone. This will lead to the only possible conclusion — that the baby was somehow switched.

Plus, there might be custody complications since Mickey has been cared for by birth by Eric and Sarah.
