“We tried to sort of recreating the friendship that we had in Stefan and Ben with Ben and Jake. What we realize is that we don’t know so much about this mysterious Jake, so there is some danger swirling around him that Ben gets sucked into working at the garage.”

As for what Jake is hiding, we are going to get some clues. Ben ends up being beaten up by men who claim that Jake is their boss. Plus, Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) believes that Jake is really Stefan. So, as we find out more about Jake’s past and secrets, Gabi will also be there to see if her theory about Stefan/Jake is accurate or not. It will set her off on a journey and viewers will hitch along for the ride.
