She ends up having some advice for her granddaughter. She decides to file a civil suit against Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). However, Belle Black (Martha Madison) has a warning for Allie.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate Roberts Suggests Civil Suit

DOOL spoilers reveal that Kate feels terrible for what happened to Allie. She wishes that she could take away the memories and pain of the rape. She also understands that Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) is a daily reminder of what happened to her. When Allie explains how disheartened she feels and it kills her that Tripp is going to get away with it, Kate has an idea. She informs her granddaughter that she can file a civil suit against Tripp.

DOOL Spoilers – Belle Black’s Legal Advice

After hearing Kate’s suggestion, Allie goes to get some legal advice from Belle. She explains that she wants Tripp raping her to be on public record. Since both Salem and London refused to prosecute, Allie wants to sue Tripp in civil court. Belle completely understands and is sympathetic. However, she cautions the young woman of what telling her story in court will really be like.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Allie Horton Prepares To Relive Rape

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Allie has to prepare to relive every second of the rape. Her story will be told in a courtroom in front of people. She will be asked questions and asked to go over the same details over and over again. Tripp’s lawyer might try to find holes in Allie’s story and confuse her with trick questions. Belle also warned that the experience would force Allie to relive that terrible night all over again.

DOOL Spoilers – Questioning Her Own Memories

Later, Allie runs into Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols). He wants to know exactly what happened the night she was raped. Even though Steve is the father of the accused, Allie feels comfortable talking to him.

Steve is nice about everything, but does ask probing questions. Allie remembers seeing Tripp’s face before she fell asleep. Then, she remembers hands holding her down. What Steve picks up on is that Allie never says Tripp’s hands held her down.. Instead, she says “his hands.” This makes Allie question everything.
