NBC Days of Our Lives spoilers two weeks ahead reveal that Belle Black (Martha Madison) learns about Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby. Being an attorney, she probably helps with the adoption paperwork. However, Allie isn’t disclosing the whole truth, which could threaten the validity of the adoption. Many years ago, Allie’s pregnancy would have been the talk of the town. However, it’s not that way anymore and Allie’s not even a teenager. DOOL spoilers indicate she partied non-stop after she went to college. She looks on the young side so we are guessing she’s between 18-20.

That is an adult and a bit too old to be keeping pregnancies secret and hiding from her mother. This suggests that there is a big piece of the puzzle that we don’t have yet.

A Baby Story

Allie has been asked who the father is, but she will not talk about it. We don’t know if it’s a stranger, friend, lover, or if it’s a magical conception. We know that there is a reason why Allie doesn’t want to mention the father and why she ran halfway across the world to give birth. She is hiding from this man, which indicates he could be dangerous.

DOOL Spoilers – Paternity Lie Jeopardizes Adoption?

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Belle will get involved in Allie’s baby story. Soap Opera Digest mentioned she learns about the pregnancy in two weeks. Being a lawyer, Belle will probably draw up the adoption paperwork and make sure everything is dotted, signed, and legal. However, she will have a problem when she inquires about her father.

In many states, in order to have a legal adoption, the father has to sign off on it. There are way too many cases where the father wasn’t told about the baby and later sued the adoptive parents for custody. So, when Belle asks for the name of the father Allie will panic. She seems very stressed about the whole situation. She most likely lies to Belle and says it was a one-night stand.

Belle Black’s Moral Test

Naturally, Belle will believe Allie’s story. But these things have a way of coming back to haunt the characters later on. Did Allie come to Salem not because she didn’t want Sami to know, but because she was trying to get as far away from the father as possible?

What happens when he finds out? Belle might have her morality (and law license) tested when she tries to fix this mess while protecting Allie’s child.
