Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Nicole Walker Brady’s Legal Stance

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Allie will do as Nicole wishes. She packs up her stuff and grabs Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox). However, she might be blocked and told that Henry isn’t going anywhere. It’s true that Allie is his mother, but Nicole is the legal guardian. She may use this to keep Henry.

We don’t think she would do just to hurt the young woman. It seems that Nicole might be attached to Henry. After all, she is the one who has always cared for him. It was only recently that Allie actually held her son and started changing diapers.

DOOL Spoilers – Who Gets Henry Horton?

Even though Nicole is technically Henry’s legal parent, the judge made it temporary, not permanent. Now, she could have a good case in court because she was granted temporary custody, which was signed by a judge. But then Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) tried leaving the country with Henry. The custody battle was never going to end, which led to a compromise. Sami would stop fighting the custody ruling, but only if Allie lived with Nicole and Henry.

Now, this agreement was made verbally and as far as we know, no legal documents were drawn up. So, in the court’s eyes, Nicole actually has legal custody right now. In order to change that, Allie would have to go to court. In fact, that might be what brings Sami back in early 2021.
