One of the new Hallmark movies is titled Christmas Tree Lane, according to Parade. It centers around Meg Reilly (Alicia Witt), who plays the piano, sings, and writes songs. Although she stopped performing, she still shares the joy of music with voice students. Her father, played by Hogestyn, has a music store on Christmas Tree Lane. In the loft about that music, the store is where Meg teaches her students.

Many businesses on Christmas Tree Lane have struggled over the years, Now, a developer plans to bulldoze the area. Meg rallies the business owners to try and save the area. To draw in crowds, they plan holiday festivities, along with a Christmas Eve concert.

While all that is going on, Meg ends up developing a romance with businessman Nate (Andrew Walker), who is new to the area. However, Nate is connected to the developer, which could be the key to getting a Christmas miracle.
