In the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, a photo shows Charlie half-dressed and Claire wearing lingerie sitting on a bed. Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) is grabbing Claire’s arm and trying to drag her away.

So, why is Claire so important to Charlie? Why is he so determined not to lose her? The actor told the magazine, “Charlie has spent his entire life not having love so Claire is the first person in his mind who has ever truly loved Charlie and he loves her back.”

As fans know, Claire doesn’t love Charlie, she only loves the person he’s pretending to be. If she knew the real Charlie, she would run in the other direction! This is a guy who rapes young women, holds mothers hostage and has no problem having a relative take the fall for his crimes. Claire would never be with Charlie if she knew what he was really like.

Moving forward, Claire is going to find out the truth about her perfect boyfriend. She will struggle with it all because she keeps falling for the wrong people. It wasn’t that long ago that she was tricked by Jan Spears (Heather Lindell). So, she will wonder how she could be so wrong about people over and over again.
