90 Day Fiance – The Other Way Spoilers: Deavan Clegg Accuses Jihoon Lee Of Using Their Son For Sympathy

TLC - 90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way: Deavan Clegg And Jihoon Lee TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” star Deavan Clegg has recently criticized her soon to be ex-husband and father of their child, Taeyang, and accused him of using their son to gain sympathy!

90 Day Fiance – The Two Parents Never Did Find A Meeting Of The Minds

Viewers will recall that right from the start, the two parents never did find a meeting of the minds, although they tried. Deavan expected Jihoon to step up and be a breadwinner and provider for her daughter Drascilla, and their son together, Taeyang, who although he is a baby in diapers on the show, is now a toddler.

The show is filmed several months ahead. Jihoon had promised several times that he would step up and support his family, but he always came down to only maintaining a part-time job as a food delivery driver and even lied to Deavan to get her to come back to South Korea with the kids! Now that the news is out that they are officially broken up, Deavan has claimed that Jihoon is trying to turn fans against her via social media.

The two were one of the only couples this season who had already married, but they are also one of the only couples who have admitted publicly that they are separated and seeking a divorce. Viewers of the reality show, of course, are not exactly blindsided by the fact that Deavan and Jihoon have split, apparently for good! Jihoon just wasn’t ready to make the commitment financially or otherwise that Deavan wanted and needed!

TLC 90 Day Fiance – Deavan Was Very Upset After Jihoon

Deavan was very upset after Jihoon tricked her into coming to South Korea with the kids this last time – he lied that he had obtained a good job. She told TLC producers on a recent episode that she didn’t know what she was going to do then, and felt like she needed some time and space away from Jihoon to figure out whether she was going to stay in South Korea a while to try to make things work with him, or just go back home to America and leave him.

But it seemed that his tricking her into coming to South Korea was only the tip of the iceberg! “90 Day Fiancé” stars are actually not supposed to reveal the status of their relationship until their seasons have completely aired, but Jihoon recently confirmed that he and Deavan were no longer together. He spoke out in an “Instagram Live” where he confirmed he couldn’t tell every little detail since the show had not yet finished out the season, but what he did say told the tale – he said they, meaning Deavan, Drascilla, and Taeyang, would be happy and that he needs also to be happy, and he will live his own life.

He then said how sad it is to lose a lover, but that one can start again. Deavan and the kids are currently in America while Jihoon is in South Korea. Jihoon said that Deavan had reached an understanding on a custody agreement, namely, that he will see Taeyang every summer, but then Deavan got on her own Instagram account recently and claimed that Jihoon was only trying to use Taeyang to obtain sympathy from their fans!

She wrote, under a photo of Taeyang, that she hated how everyone thought she was taking him away from a certain someone (obviously meaning Jihoon) and went on to write that she had tried her best but hadn’t heard anything from him, not even to see how Taeyang was doing!

Deavan also said she didn’t think that Jihoon cared about Taeyang at all! Then she had written that it was sad that someone could say they would pretend that you (meaning Taeyang) didn’t exist and then use sympathy for gain! However, since then she edited the caption and deleted all negative comments about Jihoon from the post.
