’90 Day FIancé’ Spoilers: Biniyam May Be On The Way To The USA Permanently Or Have Already Moved!

TLC “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” stars Biniyam Shibre and Ariela Weinberg have had some ups and downs, but appear to have gotten officially engaged as of the last episode. Plans were for Ariela to stay with Biniyam in Ethiopia, and they were to marry there, but a recent Instagram post has made fans wonder he’s on his way to the USA permanently or if they have already moved!

TLC 90 Day FIancé Spoilers – Fans Noted An American Flag In His Instagram Bio

Fans had noted an American flag in his Instagram bio, which made them wonder if he was on the move to the USA with baby Avi and fiancée Ariela. The flag has disappeared as of this writing, but there is a hashtag, “Biniyam Shibre ET US”.

The post office box is still shown in Ethiopia, while Ariela’s Instagram shows one in Connecticut, but it’s obvious they are together. They both put up a cute video of the two of them with their baby that Biniyam made on TikTok. Another TikTok video Biniyam put on his Instagram of him feeding Aviel appears to have an Ethiopian style building in the background, but it is difficult to be certain. He had been previously denied a K-1 visa because of Ethiopia being deemed a third world country, but immigration policies are changing rapidly.

Fox News reported that the DACA program had been reinstated. This means undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children are again able to apply for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — better known as DACA — as a federal judge in Brooklyn ruled Friday evening. People can apply immediately for DACA, and things may have changed with K1 visas as well. There are income requirements, the American fiancé has to prove they have been with the non-American fiancé in person within the last two years and once the non-American fiancé arrives, the marriage must take place within 90 days.

TLC 90 Day FIancé Spoilers – Biniyam Shibre Was Denied Three Times For A Visa Even When Married To His Lowan Ex-Wife

Biniyam was denied three times for a visa when trying to move to the USA for his Iowan ex-wife Bria, with whom he had his older son Simon. This, however was in 2017 and a lot may have changed since then. Eventually he was granted humanitarian parole from the embassy, so he could go to the United States for Simon’s birth – they married while he was in the United States, they moved to Ethiopia, but then she moved back with Simon and he hasn’t seen either of them since. Biniyam has worked multiple jobs in Ethiopia to support Ariela and Aviel. Back in June, there were Instagram posts detailing Biniyam’s trip to Iowa with his “coach” Gabe, and fans assumed these photos were current.

There was speculation he was looking for Bria and Simon also during that time, but one can see a hashtag “#memories” in his comments, so he was likely not in Iowa when the post showed up in June 2020. He makes music videos as one of his jobs, and that apparently was during one of his music video trips when those photos were taken. However, anything is possible; and if Ariela, Aviel and Biniyam have decided to move to the USA, once there is a tell-all announced, fans should find out for sure!
