Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Ashley’s Return Sparks Abbott Drama – Kerry’s Actions Revealed

But fans can combine Kerry’s (Alice Hunter) recent clandestine actions, Hunter’s known exit from the cast, and Eileen Davidson’s (Ashley) brief return at the end of this month to draw potential storyline shifts in the near future.

Ashley’s return from Paris, France, comes after her controversial departure from Genoa City last fall. As viewers recall, with Dina’s (Marla Adams) assistance, she learned that John (Jerry Douglas) wanted her to have numerous Jabot product’s patents as a gesture of how much she was valued.

As for the current Abbott leading man, he’s fallen in love with Kerry, the lady Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) believed she’d scored a coup with late last year. The sought-after chemist took Ashley’s spot at Jabot. Daytime devotees learned in recent weeks that Kerry has been working behind her back, as well as Jack’s.

With no current romantic connection between Jack and Phyllis, Kerry’s aim to undercut ‘Phack’ must be purely business based. Miss Johnson’s willing placement as an embedded partner, or simply as a paid moll, would make sense if Ashley is unmasked, or voluntarily reveals her tactics upon returning to town.

Davidson’s stint is believed to be for two episodes only, as the actor advised upon her departure that she was open to recurring from time-to-time with one of those instances taking place in early spring 2019. So fast-forwarded drama will be seen, after which Ashley and Kerry are expected to leave town.

Phyllis and Jack are sure to be thrown by Kerry’s duplicity. Jack will also be losing a love that may have never existed. Considering Phyllis’ single status, Y&R fans are right to wonder if ‘Phack’ will be primed for another revival as well.
