In the newest CBS “The Young and the Restless” promo video we see Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) getting served with papers from Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam will be suing Nick for full custody of little Christian and the battle will be on between them.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nick Hires Michael To Fight Adam

Nick will be furious and he is ready to fight Adam with all that’s in him to make sure he doesn’t take Christian away. Nick will hire Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to represent him and he thinks that they can disqualify Adam as a parent. The war will be on between the two brothers. Who do you Y&R fans think will come out on top?

Meanwhile, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will want to honor Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) and dedicates the stage at Society to Neil because of his love for music. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Devon will have a disagreement that will impact the special evening. It will put Devon under stress and cause him to have another panic attack. Devon will start to collapse and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will rush to his side.

Devon will have another vision of Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan) as well that causes him to have a panic attack. He will be struggling once again with panic attacks but Elena will be there for him and help him through. Are you happy Elena & Devon are working things out and have one another?
