Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, May 22: Adam’s Wish Granted – Billy Spars with Victor – Rey and Sharon’s Move-In Plans

“Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, May 22, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will pay Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) a visit. At Delia’s grave, Billy admits things have gotten tougher with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) around. Familiar rage has come rushing back.

At Newman Enterprises, Billy appears and pushes for an Adam discussion. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) isn’t keen on talking, but Billy insists. They clash about Victor’s guilt setting all this in motion. Victor wonders if Billy would want a second chance with Delia, but Billy doesn’t want to compare his sweet little girl to destructive Adam.

At the hospital, Adam is cagey when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) asks about his plans along with Victor’s. Victoria wants to know what their father offered Adam, but he’d prefer to wait and talk this over when Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is present, too. He wants to continue his recovery and get back to them later.

Victor eventually arrives and suggests Adam should take his life back in his own hands. He heads off to corner a doctor and push for Adam’s quick release. An alone Adam gets a text from his partner, which states that a fall guy has been found. Back with Victoria, she meets up with Billy in the park. Victoria doesn’t like expecting the worst of her brother, but Billy feels like that’s Adam’s own fault.

At the penthouse, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) expresses concern about Jett Slade (Gilbert Glenn Brown). She doesn’t want him damaging his voice permanently by pushing himself too hard on a comeback. Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) arrives to speak with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) soon enough. He knows this isn’t pleasant, but Devon can’t avoid Neil Winters’ (Kristoff St. John) will reading forever.

Y&R Spoilers Elena Dawson Worries About Jett Slade

Afterward, Elena remains worried about Jett potentially going out on the road. She contemplates tagging along if he goes on tour but settles on staying in town. Devon is happy about that and wants to start thinking about the future. Unfortunately, there’s still an important matter of the past to settle. Michael calls, so Devon agrees to schedule the reading of Neil’s will.

At the cottage, Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) urges Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) to impress her during their bonding time outside. They fly a drone as Faith confesses she frets about her mom. She thinks Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) can be a little too nice sometimes and seems concerned about the men her mom’s dated.

Rey offers reassurance before Sharon appears. Faith suggests she’s fine with Rey and contends that he should just move in. Rey realizes there’s some tension and grows concerned. However, he mentions the move-in idea once he’s alone with Sharon. Rey isn’t opposed to it, but hints that its Faith has to be on board.

Faith ultimately comes back and suggests she’s sorry if she was too harsh. With Sharon’s nudging, Faith admits it’s possible they could all be happy together. At the coffeehouse, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) mull over their apartment options. They’re hunting online and making plans when Rey arrives.

Naturally, Rey goes into protective big brother mode. He seems unsure about this, but Kyle promises Summer Abbott (Hunter King) won’t cause problems for them. Lola encourages Rey to lighten up and accept that living with Kyle is what she wants.

Once Kyle and Lola take off, Rey phones Sharon to revisit the moving in together idea. Sharon approves, so “Shey” could be cohabitating in no time. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say some great scenes are coming up. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news and rumors emerge.
