Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, May 1: Abby Reassures Lola – Kyle Unveils His Surprise – Cane Finds Closure

“Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, May 1, tease that Ana Hamilton (Loren Lott) will be curious about Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) bond with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). At home, Ana wonders what’s going on between them, but Devon’s hesitant to start dating. He feels guilty since Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) just died, but Ana suggests Neil would want Devon to be happy.
Y&R Spoilers: Tessa Porter and Mariah Copeland Support Devon Hamilton
Soon after, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) show up. They show support for Devon, who promises he’s OK and mentions the brick with the note. Mariah rejects beefed up security and downplays the incident.
Next, Ana makes sure Tessa’s contract is signed and suggests some new looks to create a different image. She feels like they have to distance Tessa from her plagiarism scandal. Mariah isn’t keen on any of the styles and gripes that they’ll lose the essence of who Tessa is.
Young and The Restless Spoilers: Cane Ashby Tells Jill Atkinson Lily Ashby Left Town
When Mariah assumes she’ll be allowed in the studio, Ana corrects her. She contends that it’s better if just Tessa and the musicians are on hand. Mariah pretends it’s no biggie, but it’s easy to see she’s bothered by the news. Over with Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard), he fills Jill Atkinson (Christel Khalil) on Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil) leaving town. He adds that he’s got another batch of divorce papers to sign.
Jill doesn’t think clinging to hope is the best plan, but Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) waltzes over and disagrees. Although Jill bickers with Traci a bit, Cane insists they don’t have to compete on who supports him. He eventually turns down Jill’s dinner invitation to be with his thoughts. Cane ends up on a bench in the park as he mulls over the end of his marriage.
Y&R Spoilers: Cane Ashby Says Goodbye To Lily Ashby
Afterward, Cane calls Lily to let her know he won’t bother her again. He tells her goodbye and gives himself some closure. Meanwhile, Traci writes about a man who got his heart broken. On Society’s rooftop, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) keeps working on his big surprise for Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). Elsewhere, Lola shares “Skyle” divorce updates with Abby Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and relays that Summer Abbott’s (Hunter King) being mature about it.

May 1 Y&R Spoilers: Abby Newman Reassures Lola Rosales
Once Lola brings up Kyle’s special plans, she seems worried about what might happen later. Abby senses that Lola’s nervous about making love for the first time, but she offers reassurance. As long as Lola loves and trusts Kyle, the rest will sort itself out. Kyle ultimately takes Lola up to the roof and unveils his Miami beach bar, which Lola loves.
Young and The Restless Spoilers: Devon Hamilton Takes Elena Dawson To Dinner
Devon also takes Elena to dinner in Wednesday’s episode. She confesses that her mother passed away, but she doesn’t like opening up about it. They end up laughing about some of their earliest concerts, which results in a brief flash of Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan). Devon imagines Hilary’s there with him for a moment but soon sees Elena back in her place.
