Young and the Restless Spoilers Wednesday, January 30: Summer Kisses Fen – Jack and Kerry’s Huge Decision – Victor Supports Victoria

“Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday, January 30, tease that Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will struggle to keep her mind on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). At Crimson Lights, Lola’s feeling overwhelmed by all the restaurant preparations. Kyle’s hoping Lola will pass along some tasks to others and take a break for dinner out.

Summer Newman (Hunter King) eventually appears, so Kyle confesses he already knew she was back in town. However, he’s adamant that Summer’s return is temporary. Over with Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) and Ana Hamilton (Loren Lott), they’re working on a song when Summer interrupts. She talks Fen into taking her out to celebrate his successful music career later.

Ana’s irritated with Fen for blowing off work, so she rants to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at the penthouse. Devon questions if Fen still belongs on the label, but Ana insists he should stay on. She thinks Fen should get another chance. They shift gears and discuss Ana’s talent. Devon feels like she’s the artist their label needs to be focusing on, but Ana maintains that the spotlight just isn’t for her.

At the athletic club, Kyle does his best to distract Lola from work issues. They ultimately spot Fen and Summer making out at the bar. Fen hints that maybe they should get a room, which Summer’s on board with. She just wants to tell Kyle and Lola goodnight first. Summer steps toward them and admits she’s taking a job at Newman Enterprises in Genoa City, so she’ll be sticking around.

Fen gets the picture and determines that he’s being used. Summer clearly just wants to make Kyle jealous, so Fen acts like he’s got a headache and calls it a night. Meanwhile, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) lets Kerry Johnson (Alice Hunter) know where he stands. He’s not sure he can be part of raising a child with her, but he doesn’t want to rob her of a dream either.

Kerry doesn’t think they have to make any major decision right now. She’s not prepared to give up Jack yet, but she also wants to keep the kid possibility on the table. Kerry even hints that Jack could change his mind, but he remains wary. After Kerry exits, Jack has a change or heart and goes to see her at Jabot. He notes that she’s right about living in the moment, so they’ll just see where this leads.

At the ranch, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) fills Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in on a recent interview meltdown. The reporter started grilling her about J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) and the murder charges against Victor, so she went off. Victor is proud of Victoria for defending herself and always being a fighter.

Talk turns to J.T.’s abuse and the way Victoria kept quiet about it. Victor just wishes his daughter had come to him back then. Victoria confesses that she was ashamed for letting it go on. They rehash the night J.T. died and how Victor was stuck in the hospital. He can’t go back and be there for Victoria, but he can be there for her now.

Victor and Victoria share a hug before going to check on Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri) upstairs. As they find Katie and speak with her, someone spies through the video camera feed and listening devices. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say the cover-up crew’s tormentor is about to strike again!
