Young And The Restless Spoilers Tuesday, July 9: Summer Blasts Chelsea – Christine’s Announcement – Autopsy Questions Arise

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, July 9, tease that Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) and Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will meet up in Chancellor Park. She’ll get a call from the mayor with news that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) lawsuit against the city will be settled, and that she has to announce the agreement.

Next on Y&R, at Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) house, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will arrive and be unhappy to find Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) there. Nick will leave to ask Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) for the Newman jet to go get Connor Newman (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois). Summer won’t think that it’s Nick’s responsibility to take care of Chelsea.

Once Nick Leaves, Chelsea will wake up and the two women will argue. Summer will think that her dad has gotten sucked back in to Chelsea’s chaos, and she’ll remind Chelsea what happened the last time Nick got involved with her. Summer will put Chelsea on notice.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Is Worried

Next on Y&R, at Society, Victor will experience some confusion when he thinks that the server forgot to bring the check, but Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will remind him that he already paid. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will notice the scene and get curious. Jack will tell Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) that he’s worried about Victor, but Billy will tell him to drop the subject.

Later, Victor and Nikki will pop up in Chancellor Park and run into Paul and Christine. Victor will spar with Christine and Paul, and Paul will tell Victor that he got his victory, so he should just leave Christine alone. Christine will say that she’ll be the real winner by the end of the day, and Victor will scoff.

Next on Y&R, at Jabot, Jack and Billy will be discussing business, and Summer will arrive to discuss becoming an influencer while using Jabot products. Jack will be a little skeptical, but ultimately he’ll agree to the plan. After, Billy and Jack will discuss Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and his partying lifestyle and how it all relates to Summer.

Meanwhile, at Newman, Victoria will at first refuse to let Nick use the company jet to go get Connor. But she’ll finally relent after Nick practically begs. Nick will pay her back by giving her inside information on how to cause turmoil for Dark Horse’s high-rise development in progress.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Side Effect Is Confusion

Later, Billy will arrive at Newman and share with Victoria what Jack witnessed with Victor at Society. Victoria will remind Billy that a side-effect of Victor’s treatment protocol is confusion. Then Victor and Nikki will arrive, and they’ll all watch Christine’s big announcement about the lawsuit settlement. Christine will also announce that she will not be seeking re-election as DA.

Next on Y&R, Jack will meet “Mallory” (Wendy Benson Landes) at Crimson Lights and the two will discuss their fathers and muse about grabbing happiness where you can find it. They’ll watch Christine’s announcement with Paul, and then Paul will answer a call about Calvin Boudreau’s (John Burke) autopsy.

Finally, on Tuesday’s new episode of Y&R, Nick will return home and he and Chelsea will prepare to go get Connor. They’ll decide that Nick should accompany her, and Nick will tell her to focus on Connor and he’ll take care of everything else.
