Young and the Restless Spoilers: Rey Demands Paternity Test From Mia

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will decide that he’s had about enough of Mia Rosales’ (Noemi Gonzalez) nonsense. Of course, Mia has been on good behavior recently, because she’s afraid that Rey will turn her in for attacking Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) a few weeks ago. But still, Rey would like to rid himself of Mia forever, but there’s one problem…Mia’s pregnant, and the baby could be Rey’s.

As Y&R viewers know, Mia currently doesn’t know whether the baby belongs to Rey or to Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela), with whom she had an affair a few weeks ago. Given the timing of her hookup with Arturo, the baby could feasibly belong to either Rey or Arturo. Mia chooses to believe that the baby is Rey’s because it would suit her needs if Rey was the father.

Of course, if Rey isn’t the father, then Mia knows that he might well find a way to turn her in for Lola’s attack. So Mia won’t be happy when Rey makes a big demand. According to Y&R spoilers, Rey will decide to end the “who’s the father” guessing game by asking for a paternity test.

That will likely freak Mia out, and she may try to resist having the test done, but there won’t be much she can do about it. After all, if she refuses, then Rey could hold the Lola attack thing over her head, so she’ll really have no choice.

But interestingly, it seems that Mia will be getting back on good terms with Arturo. According to Y&R spoilers, Mia will wind up back in bed with Arturo. Whether these two wind up together permanently remains to be seen, but we should note that both Noemi Gonzalez and Jason Canela will be leaving Y&R in the next couple of weeks, so their characters may leave Genoa City together.

And that could shed some light on how the paternity test will turn out. It’s hard to imagine Mia and Arturo getting back together and leaving Genoa City when Mia’s baby is Rey’s. Does that suggest that the baby will end up being Arturo’s? Y&R viewers will have to wait to see, but it’s probably a good bet that Rey’s not the father.

Of course, if Rey isn’t the father of Mia’s baby, then Rey might go ahead and turn Mia in for attacking Lola. Or, he might decide to keep quiet forever about Mia’s attack on Lola, out of compassion for Arturo’s baby.

It will be interesting to see how this baby storyline wraps up, but at any rate it looks like Y&R viewers will find out soon who the father of Mia’s baby is. Do you think it will be Rey or Arturo?
