Young And The Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Exposes Truth About JT Hellstrom, War With Newman’s Kicks Off

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) will expose JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) as an abuser and kickstarts a war with the Newman family. She will get more than she bargained for, as the whole Newman family will band together to protect Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).

Young And The Restless – Phyllis Hatches A Plan

Nikki feels incredibly guilty for JT’s murder and she wants to confess. Phyllis doesn’t want her to do that because it will implicate Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), herself, and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). She gets the nagging feeling that Nikki is about to tell everything at JT’s memorial service at Victoria’s home and she hatches a plan to stop Nikki from blabbing.

Phyllis tells everyone that JT wasn’t a nice man. While he had a charming side, he also had a very dark side too. She reveals that JT abused Victoria and the abuse was quickly getting out of control. She just didn’t want everyone to think JT was the perfect spouse, father, and friend.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Reed Flips

Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) doesn’t believe Phyllis, at first. He believes she is trashing his dad’s good name to be spiteful. Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) cannot believe Phyllis would stoop this low, either. Victoria confirms that JT was an abuser, but she didn’t want to tell him. He wanted him to remember the good times with his dad. Reed walks out of the house, upset and throws his dad’s picture across the room.

Epic Battle With The Newman Family On Y&R

Phyllis ignites an epic Newman battle that she never saw coming. She thought Nick would be in her corner, but he isn’t. The Newman family bands together to battle Phyllis and separate themselves from her. It sounds like the family may try to pin JT’s murder on Phyllis and let her take the fall.
