Young And The Restless Spoilers: Paul Confronts Mia About Lola’s Attack

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that the walls will start to close in on Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez). Right now, she doesn’t seem to have a friend in the world. As Y&R viewers know, Mia’s pregnant, and she doesn’t know whether Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) or Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) is the father. She’s currently estranged from both men.

But Mia’s got worse problems than not knowing who the father of her baby is. She viciously attacked Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) several weeks ago, thinking that Lola was Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). Mia was upset with Abby after getting into a very public fight with her at the GCAC, and she lashed out big time at who she thought was Abby.

But Lola was wearing Abby’s coat that evening, and it was a case of mistaken identity. Turns out, Lola fell after the attack and hit her head, causing major health problems that resulted in the need for a liver transplant. Rey initially covered for Mia, since she was pregnant, but now he’s not so sure he wants to keep hiding the fact that she’s the attacker.

And to make matters worse, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) has asked Rey to handle the investigation into the attack. Paul thinks that Rey knows more than he’s letting on, so he wants to see where this all goes. But according to Y&R spoilers, Paul will soon take it upon himself to confront Mia, and it’s sure to be about the attack.

Paul may have some questions for Mia about where she was on the night of the attack. As Y&R viewers know, Mia is claiming that she was with Arturo that night, but it doesn’t look like Paul buys that. He may have some pointed questions for her, to try to trip her up on the details, since lies can be tricky to maintain.

Of course, confronting Mia could also be Paul’s way of sending a message to Rey. Paul knows Rey knows more about Lola’s attack than he’s admitting, and he could try to shake up Rey by going after Mia. It would be a very “Paul” thing to do.

We’ll see what happens when Paul confronts Mia. Mia tends to get nervous and overshare when she’s cornered, so she might slip up and say something that makes Paul even more suspicious.

Paul may not know that Mia is pregnant, which could be the missing piece of the puzzle for him if she lets that slip.

At any rate, it looks like Mia’s freedom may be in serious jeopardy now that Paul’s onto her. Y&R viewers know that Noemi Gonzalez, who portrays Mia, is leaving the show soon, so it looks like this storyline will be wrapping up quickly.
