Young and the Restless Spoilers: Mia Arrested – Rey Stunned By Evidence

Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) will be arrested on ‘The Young and the Restless’. It’s inevitable, based on what’s happened to Lola (Sasha Calle). What’s also certain is that Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) will be stunned by the evidence that proves his wife guilty on two personal fronts.

Impulse control. That’s one of Mia’s main problems, being the lack of it. She simply is unable to retain hold of herself when it comes to Arturo’s (Jason Canela) choice of fiancé, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway).

Placing Abby into a group, rather than seeing her as an individual human being, was a product of the runaway jealousy Mia allowed herself to develop for Abby. Thus the many references to her heiress days. Mia has stated several times that Abby wasn’t the right woman for Arturo because she is a spoiled rich girl.

And why, exactly, is Rey’s on-again spouse so interested in his brother’s personal business? Because what Mia did to Lola was personal. She made a mistake though and what she did was meant for Abby, but unfortunately for Lola, she was wearing Abby’s winter coat. Mia also believes that she is Arturo’s, true love.

Young And The Restless Mia Loves Arturo More Than Rey

It’s not that Mia doesn’t care about Rey. In fact, she does love him, but to a lesser degree than Arturo. Whether she fully realizes this or not, isn’t known. Whether she acknowledges the truth is a different question. But upon Mia’s arrival in Genoa City, she began to realize that Arturo, not Rey, was the reason why she should stay.

Abby and Arturo’s wedding date is approximately a year away, which gives plenty of soap time for this storyline to develop. Will Mia and Arturo eventually wind up together, or will Abby’s hopes be realized? Once Rey realizes the full truth, will he ever feel connected to Mia again?

And what legal consequences will Mia face for the crime she committed against an unintended victim, Rey and Arturo’s sister Lola?
