Young and the Restless Spoilers Friday, May 10: Mia Hospitalized After Confession and Baby Pain – Sharon Finally Sees Adam

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, May 10, tease that a phone call will come in for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). At the hotel in Vegas, Rey hears from an upset Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). She gripes about Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) attacking her and Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) covering it up.

When Lola pushes Rey to come home, he gets on board and lets Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) know he’s leaving. Rey’s worried about Sharon dealing with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on her own, but she wants him to have faith in her. Next, Sharon debates the Adam situation with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). She doesn’t think Vic’s pressure is helpful, so he’s willing to back off a bit.

After Sharon gets a text from Adam, she heads to the location he provided. Riza Thompson (Tina Casciani) lets Sharon in and suggests “Spider” will be late. Sharon looks down and notices there’s an envelope of photos in the garbage. Victor gave Adam pics of his family, but he only kept the one of Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) – which Sharon spots in a drawer.

Next, Sharon hears someone entering and gazes over at him. She’s stunned as she wraps her head around seeing Adam again. At Crimson Lights, Summer Abbott (Hunter King) finds Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to give him updates on their business meeting. She also spots Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) and admits she knows about the hacking.

Phyllis wanted a glimpse of Jabot’s designs, so she contends maybe Summer could leave her laptop open and let her have a look. Summer declines and assures Phyllis that she doesn’t need Jabot. Afterward, Phyllis calls Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and announces she’s got a proposition.

Summer and Kyle end up joining Theo, who’s brought an influencer named Nazanin Mandi Pimentel to town. Nazanin asks to see Society, so they head over. Kyle enjoys showing off his girlfriend the chef. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) even makes Summer take a pic of Nazanin and Lola, so Summer obviously isn’t thrilled.

Lola also chews Arturo out over the cover-up, but she’s willing to stay quiet for the baby’s sake. Abby insists she’ll also stay tight-lipped for the same reason. Rey shows up and appreciates their silence. Lola isn’t happy about her brothers lying to her, but she’s going to support her family.

Arturo corners Abby eventually and wants to know if she’ll back up Mia’s alibi. After Abby mulls it over, she decides she won’t. If the cops start asking questions, Abby doesn’t plan to lie for Mia. In Mia’s hotel room, she dreams Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) has come to arrest her. Mia awakens and nervously begins packing up to leave Genoa City.

Paul’s real arrival derails that plan, so Mia’s stuck facing his suspicions. He notes the bag she’s packed and points out that her story has holes in it. Paul wants the truth, so Mia ultimately reveals she was behind the attack. She scrambles to explain that she never meant to hurt Lola before pain strikes fast and hard. Mia doubles over as she deals with obvious baby issues.
