Young And The Restless Spoilers Friday, April 5: Victoria And Brandon Sleep Together – Nick Hooks Up With Rebekah – Billy Shows Up In Vegas

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, April 5, tease that Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will explain his marriage destruction to Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). At Cane’s place, he’s disappointed about the divorce and wonders if Traci could speak to Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil). Traci notes that Cane headed down this road for a reason and maybe Lily’s choice is something she’s been building to as well.

Cane faces a tough question from Traci next. She asks him what he’s really fighting for. Later, Charlie Ashby (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Mattie Ashby (Lexie Steveson) learn their mom’s getting released earlier than expected. They also find out Lily plans to move somewhere besides Genoa City.

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) arrives to get signed divorce papers eventually, but Cane just can’t do it. He opts to keep fighting and try to win Lily back instead. Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he lashes out at Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) on the phone. She’s still in Las Vegas and doesn’t appreciate Billy checking up on her.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Ignores Nick Newman

At the athletic club, Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) is chatting with Michael when she spots Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) with Rebekah Barlow (Jennifer Taylor). Before she leaves, Phyllis walks over to say hello to Rebekah, but she pays no attention to Nick.

At the Abbott mansion, Phyllis shows up and listens to Billy rant about Victoria’s Vegas trip. She contends that Victoria can make her own choices. After Billy takes off, Phyllis grumbles to Jack about losing her job while he got promoted. She doesn’t think it’s fair that she got extra blame for what happened with Dominique Caroll (Alice Hunter).

Phyllis also isn’t pleased by Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) input at the recent strategy session. She urges Jack to let Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) out of her Fenmore’s contract so they can run the company together. Phyllis really wants a fresh start, but Jack denies the request and advises Phyllis not to take it personally.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Brandon Rose Chats Up Victoria Newman

At Nick’s place, Rebekah comes home with him and they hit the sheets. However, Rebekah isn’t interested in Nick’s offer to stay over. She exits, so he drinks a beer and watches television by himself. Back with Phyllis, she reflects on her discussion with Jack and reaches out to Summer via text. Phyllis hopes they can meet up for breakfast tomorrow.

In Las Vegas, Brandon Rose (Mitch Eakins) asks Victoria about the trial in GC. He wonders if that’s what Victoria was running from, but she wants to play the part of Jeni while she’s away. Brandon brings up Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), who recently had a meeting with someone at a high-stakes poker game. Victor wasn’t gambling, but Brandon admits he saw him talking to somebody there.

Victoria seems curious at first, but she quickly drops the matter. She talks to Brandon about his tech start-up, art and opportunities. Next, they make love and Brandon leaves a note behind after Victoria falls asleep. He thinks she should let her wild side out more often. There’s a knock at the door, so Victoria assumes it’s Brandon again. She’s stunned to see Billy when she opens it.
