Young And The Restless Spoilers: Chloe Helps Abby Do Damage Control

The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will help Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) do damage control in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!

Young & The Restless Spoilers – The Grand Phoenix’s Reputation Has Taken A Hit

As Y & R viewers will recall, The Grand Phoenix’s reputation took a hit when Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) caused a hostage crisis last week, taking Adam Newman, (Mark Grossman) Chelsea Lawson, (Melissa Claire Egan) Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Abby to be endangered as he pulled out a gun and nearly shot Adam! If it were not for Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) having tracked Simon and crawling through the venting to jump down near him as Adam knocked the gun out of Simon’s hand, the outcome could have been much different and more tragic; however, even though no one was killed or injured, guest after guest after guest pulled out in spite of being offered free comped nights and being assured the hotel was safe. Of course, not too long ago, during its opening there was an issue of drinks having been drugged, so this is really the hotel’s second hit to its reputation!

Y&R Spoilers – Chloe Mitchell Tried To Get Simon Black To Leave The Hotel Before The Hostage Crisis Came About

Chloe, along with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) tried to get Simon to leave the hotel, pretending to be FBI agents. Simon didn’t bite. He made them as phonies immediately, but they tried. It is worth noting also that Chloe is Chelsea’s best friend, and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has been trying to get dirt on her and even tried to get intel out of Chance, which he didn’t bite. Chance, in the meanwhile has a team still watching the Grand Phoenix and has told Abby he may take her offer of a free room in the hotel if the Chancellor house is too crowded. Chance also scanned the hotel’s security system and found out that it had been reinstalled overnight and worries that someone has a back door into their wi-fi system.

Abby was furious, and of course both of them suspect Phyllis, and when she strolls over to Abby when Chance leaves, Abby tells her she found out something very interesting – about Phyllis! While Chloe isn’t a computer expert like Kevin is, she still doesn’t want her bestie Chelsea to be implicated in anything that went down with the hostage crisis, so of course she will be glad to help Abby do damage control for the hotel’s reputation! Guests should have no more fear of the hotel not being safe when Chance has a team (undercover of course) watching the hotel, but Chloe will want to make sure that Phyllis’ big mouth does not do any more harm too – and she’s out to get the hotel back in her own hands, so she will do all she can to blame Abby and Chelsea for what happened and connect Chelsea in particular to Simon Black! She and Abby will work together to not only do damage control for the hotel, but for Chelsea as well!
