The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) plans a dinner for her family and it quickly takes a wild turn when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) shows up. In typical fashion, the Newmans will try to make Adam feel like he doesn’t belong and wonder why he thought it was a good idea to show up.

It all starts when Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) brags to Adam that the family planned a family dinner, rubbing in the fact that he wasn’t invited. Of course, the scoop gets under Adam’s skin as he feels he is constantly being reminded that he is the black sheep of the family.

That’s when Adam comes up with the not-so-bright idea to crash the family dinner. He planned to bust in his dad’s place and say surprise! Other than that, he wasn’t sure how it would pan out.

He mentioned his plan to Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart), who tried to discourage him from making a fool of himself. And, Adam should have known better after Victoria got so upset with him for crashing her commitment ceremony with Phyllis Abbott (Michelle Stafford) on his arm.

Adam tries to plan what he will say when he crashes his family’s dinner. In the end, he decides to just roll with whatever comes to mind.

When he arrives, Y&R spoilers tease that he will be surprised by who is sitting at the table. While the Y&R spoilers don’t exactly say who to expect, it would make sense that Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) might be there with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

If that’s who gets Adam so upset, that would be understandable. He is doing everything he can to reel her back in and want to resume their life together. However, she doesn’t want anything to do with it. All she has wanted to do is stay with her husband, who is now suddenly dead.
