The sultry siren made a huge mistake on the Young And The Restless (Y&R) this week when she called out her brother-in-law Arturo’s (Jason Canela) name as she and Rey were making love, which sent her husband running straight to Sharon’s door.
Arturo is happily engaged to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and their love story has been splashed all over the cover of Life & Style magazine. Abby is deliriously happy, but her father Victor (Eric Braeden) is less than thrilled with the match. When he found out the pair were getting married, he handed Arturo a prenup and made him sign it. When Victor thought he might be going to jail for J.T.’s murder, he even mentioned to his son Nick (Joshua Morrow) that he thought Arturo was “an operator,” and asked him to look out for his sister.
“I don’t trust her fiancé,” he told Nick. Could Victor’s lack of faith in Arturo be proven right? Rey and Mia have been going at it like rabbits since they renewed their wedding vows. But now that her husband has left her, will she go running to his brother for comfort? She’s already told her ex-lover what happened with Rey and that his brother may come after him. Will Arturo be sympathetic to Mia’s plight and, in a moment of weakness, will the two hit the sack?
Of course, if this does happen, Mia and Arturo will keep their transgression to themselves. Arturo won’t want Abby to find out and Mia will still be hell-bent on reuniting with Rey, especially when she finds out he’s involved with Sharon.
Shey will first have to get through the trouble brewing in the wake of Nikki’s confession to J.T.’s murder, and Sharon’s part in it. But if they do get past it, imagine the looks on their faces when Mia tells them her joyful news! It would mean big trouble for Sharon and Rey’s budding romance.
Y&R viewers may be treated to another Who’s The Daddy? storyline. Mama Mia – here we go again!
