Young and The Restless Rumors: Phyllis Double Crosses Sharon

“Young and the Restless” rumors indicate that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will double cross Sharon (Sharon Case).

The two women have been bitter enemies for years, however for the past few months they, along with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) have become accomplices in the murder of JT (Thad Luckinbill).

With someone stalking the women, the group has been on edge. Now that Nikki has confessed the secret to Nick (Joshua Morrow) without mentioning Phyllis and Sharon’s roles in the crime, things are about to blow up in this storyline.

Phyllis fears that Nikki and Victoria will throw her under the bus, so she tries to persuade Sharon to join forces to protect their secret. However, given Phyllis’ past, don’t be surprised if she decides to double cross Sharon.

Phyllis has shown she’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect herself, and she doesn’t want to go to jail, so if the opportunity arose she’d let take someone else take the fall. And that person may be Sharon.

The two have a londstanding rivalry due to Phyllis’ affair with Sharon’s ex-husband Nick. Even though Phyllis is with Nick, she knows he’s still in love with Sharon. By framing Sharon for JT’s murder, not only will Phyllis save herself from going to jail, but she’ll also get Sharon out of Nick’s life.

If Phyllis does frame Sharon for the crime, there’s a lot of questions it raises. First, is how will Victoria and Nikki react? They’ve had tension with Phyllis and Sharon in the past. They also went along with Phyllis’ idea to cover up JT’s murder, so will they do the same with her new plan?

But let’s also not forget Mariah (Camryn Grimes). She and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) know the truth, and if Sharon is arrested, they’ll go to the police and reveal everything.
