Young and the Restless Rumor: Mia and Nick Connect – Shey Provokes New Couple?

Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) wants nothing to do with Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) on the Young and the Restless. Yes, she’s just claimed to be pregnant. Even if that proves true, and it well could, Y&R fans know that Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) personal history makes ‘Nia’ possible.

Sharon (Sharon Case) just recently reciprocated Rey’s proclamation of love. Nick doesn’t know about that, but will find out soon enough. In the meantime, she’s caught in the J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) storyline snare, which precludes the advancement of any relationship with Vilasuso’s character.

It was a stunner to hear Mia blurt out that she’s carrying a child, as her husband was cuffing her for the mistaken identity incident with Lola (Sasha Calle). Rey is opting to disbelieve the woman who, on many occasions, has wronged him and his family. However, Mia could easily be telling the truth and in all likelihood hasn’t cheated since arriving in Genoa City.

At some point the J.T. arc will end. It has to, right? When that happens, Sharon and Rey seem very likely to explore their mutual feelings.

Young And The Restless – Nick Newman Is Single Again

Nick just booted Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) from his home. That would be the swanky abode that he bought with Sharon’s accompaniment in mind. She never lived there and it seems unlikely she will in the near future.

Alone and reeling, Nick will seize upon his newest nemesis, Rey. These two men initially were moving toward buddy status last summer. However, Rey’s reveal as a detective and his subsequent aim at the Newman’s ended chances for any potential friendship. Along with that, Nick has eyes and sees Rey’s interest in Sharon, but he believed that Mia’s arrival neutralized that possibility.

When current courtroom issues are resolved, or Sharon somehow returns to her regular life, ‘Shey’ becomes probable. Again, this takes into account Mia’s motherhood status.

Young And The Restless – Will Nick Strike Back At Rey With Mia?

How has Nick reacted in many past instances when Sharon has a new guy? Well, he reacts with some form of strike-back.

Who better to respond with than Mia in this particular instance? Thus this Y&R speculation is plausible.
