Young And The Restless News: Kristoff St. John’s Fiance Kseniya Mikhaleva’s Heartfelt Message

Kseniya Mikhaleva posted a profound message yesterday on Instagram, honoring her fiancé Kristoff St. John, The Young and the Restless star passed away just over a week ago.

“You were the light for me and for many people, you were the kindest person I’ve ever met. You were a talented actor, a loving father, and a friend with a golden heart,” Mikhaleva posted. “Your soul and spirit always with me. I wish I could have been there to let you know how much you mean to me. You are deep in my heart. Im praying for your family. Rest in paradise RIP.”

St. John, who played Neil Winters on The Young And The Restless (Y&R), died on February 3 at the age of 52.

The Y&R actor met the 25-year-old Russian model in Paris in February 2018. Mikhaleva and St. John hit it off immediately and after a whirlwind romance, the couple were engaged on August 31, 2018.

Mikhaleva is a successful model who mainly works in Russia and Europe. She has walked the runway during Arab Fashion Week and Estet Fashion Week.

The pair were in a long-distance relationship while she modeled and studied for a business degree in Moscow. Kseniya said in a recent interview with RadarOnline that St. John had been feeling “sad and lonely” lately because they were both living on different continents, but that she had begun the process of applying to live in the United States. They did spend the Christmas holidays together in Russia last year and both shared cheery photos on their social media accounts. The last time she spoke with him was the day before his death.

“He was (a) little bit sad because I’m in Russia,” Mikhaleva said. He had wanted “to be with me always.”

The day after St. John died, she posted a photo of the two of them on Instagram, with a grief-stricken message. “How did it happen??? How??? Why did you leave so early????”

The model’s Instagram feed was filled with kind words of comfort and sympathy from her followers, including one who posted: “So sorry for your loss, he was such an inspiration, may Kristoff RIP.”
