Young And The Restless Last Week In Review: Sharon Has A Close Encounter With Adam – Mia Busted As Lola’s Attacker

They say loose lips sink ships and if so, then Arturo Rosales (Jason Canela) unleashed a tidal wave this week, on the Young And The Restless (Y&R). Arturo managed to let the identity of his sister Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) attacker slip, during a conversation with his sister.

Lola finally found it was her sister-in-law Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) who kicked her in the back outside the Abbott estate on Valentine’s Day. Mia then left her floating face-down in a swimming pool.

Once Lola discovered the truth, it created a cascading flow of information from one person to the next. Lola went to Crimson Lights to confront Mia and the next thing you knew, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) was also standing there, demanding answers.

Abby wanted to call the police (you go girl!) but Mia begged them both to never reveal the truth, as she doesn’t want her unborn baby born in a prison cell.

Foolishly, they agreed to protect her secret. But Abby vowed she would not lie to the police if they questioned her about it.

Speaking of the police, Y&R’s Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) had done his due diligence and figured out the truth also. He visited Mia in her suite and questioned her. And in what was reminiscent of a Perry Mason episode, she blurted out: “It was an accident!” This led to Mia holding her abdomen and doubling over in pain.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Rosales Headed Back to Genoa City

Meanwhile in Las Vegas, after waiting for a no-show Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on a park bench, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) returned to the hotel suite she shared with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). He asked her why she was so adamant about helping Adam. She tearfully told Rey all about her sordid past and how Adam had saved her life.

Why he didn’t immediately run for the hills is anyone’s guess! He was given a quick reprieve though when he received a panicked call from Lola.

Rey then headed for Genoa City, leaving Sharon to deal with Adam all by her lonesome. With Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) encouragement, she headed to his hotel room. A mysterious woman let her in and told her to wait.

She then proceeded to snoop through Adam’s garbage, finding an envelope full of family photos. As the door to the room opened, Y&R viewers were treated to Sharon’s signature wide-eyed stare as she said: “Oh my God, it’s you.”
