Young And The Restless Star Kelly Kruger And Bold And The Beautiful Star Darin Brooks Welcome A Beautiful Baby Girl

Kelly Kruger, Mackenzie Browning on The Young and the Restless and Darin Brooks, also known as Wyatt Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful, welcomed their baby girl, Everleigh Jolie, into the world on September 22 at 4:13 a.m. She weighed 9 lbs. and 1 oz., and was 21.5 inches long.

Kruger shared the wonderful news on Instagram. She posted a photo of her, Brooks, and their baby and captioned it: “She’s here!! Everleigh Jolie Brooks 9/22/19.”

In her post, she revealed that she’s had a “really long labor” but they’re all happy that their little angel is finally here. “She was definitely worth the wait. We couldn’t be more in love,” she said.

Kruger described the experience as like “one big blurry dream.” The new mom added that they’ve waited so long to meet her and now that she’s with them, the couple is in disbelief that they made her. Viewers may recall that the pair had been trying to get pregnant for a year.

“We look at her and try to figure out who she looks more like. She has my hair because I also was born with a ton, and she definitely has Darin’s height,” Kruger said.

Kruger explained that they’ve always known they would name their daughter Jolie, which means beautiful in French. “Then when we met her, she looked like and Everleigh and since it felt like forever from when we started trying to get pregnant to finally meeting her, the name just fit her perfectly.”

Brooks is also a proud father. He shared the same photo on his Instagram account and said: “I’m so excited for this next chapter in our lives, Kelly! She’s beautiful! We couldn’t be more in love! Thank you for carrying her!”

Brooks realized what other people meant when they said their lives changed when they saw their child. He said she’ll definitely be a daddy’s girl, but he won’t spoil her. “But let’s be clear, I’m not going to let her get away with anything as she gets older,” he said. “I’m not a pushover… she’s going to have to get a job soon.”
