The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Mia’s Terrible Mistake Helps Lola, Despite Pool Scare

Lola (Sasha Calle) did not have a good St. Valentine’s Day on ‘The Young and the Restless’. After tumult with her boyfriend, a forgotten winter coat led to an unexpected dip in the pool. But despite the trauma, Miss Rosales stands to be helped by Mia’s (Noemi Gonzalez) terrible mistake.

The ending scene, where a long, thin heel stomped on Lola’s phone winked hard at Mia being the mystery culprit. Following who she thought was Abby (Melissa Ordway) to the Abbott mansion, Mia was behind Lola who was wearing a garment that wasn’t her own. Then, Lola was hit from behind, was dazed, and accidentally stumbled head first into the Abbott’s heated pool.

As Y&R viewers recall, Lola’s rush out of the Abbott cabin, where she found the ubiquitous Summer (Hunter King) kissing Kyle (Michael Mealor), served to scatter her thoughts. Part of the latest breakup scenario included Lola leaving her own jacket behind, along with ‘Kola’, or so it seemed.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Demise Of Kola

Arriving a short time later at the Genoa City Athletic Club, Lola spoke with Abby and Arturo (Jason Canela) about what just transpired. Kyle showed up, but was blocked from delivering another apology. Abby, not wanting Lola to face the harsh weather without being properly bundled, gave Calle’s endearing character her coat.

The above soapy scenario established Lola to appear to be Abby when seen from behind, wearing a coat that wasn’t her own with its hood up. Mia, still reeling after having pulled Abby’s hair, hard, at the GCAC, unable to make contact with Rey (Jordi Vilasuso), and after having downed liquid lightning, mistook Lola for Ordway’s character and physically attacked her.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola’s Head Trauma

Lola’s head trauma led to a drop into the pool and a later rush to GC Memorial Hospital. Kyle will fend off accusations that he was the assailant and will again demonstrate his true love. Lola will recover and reconsider all that happened, giving Y&R’s couple another chance at revival, as was her intent when she stopped by the mansion in hopes of finding Kyle.
