The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, July 17 – Phyllis Using Adam – Kevin’s Delivery To The Judge – Billy’s Strange Delia Discovery

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, July 17, tease that the custody case involving Christian Newman (Jamie and Alister Tobias) will be right around the corner…next week! Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will discuss strategy at Crimson Lights, and Michael will tell Nick that he thinks they’re ready for the fight.

Then Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will appear and she and Nick will argue. Nick will blast her for being Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) CEO, and Phyllis will spar with him but make it clear that she’s not siding with Adam in the custody battle.

Afterwards, Michael will return, and he and Nick will wonder whether Phyllis will end up testifying in favor of Adam in the custody case. Nick will worry about the JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) mask video coming out in court, but Michael will point out that Adam essentially abandoned his child, and that’s worse.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam’s Got A Secret Envelope For The Judge

Next on Y&R, at Adam’s penthouse, he’ll urge Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) to take an envelope to the judge in Christian’s custody case. Kevin will look inside the envelope but balk at carrying out Adam’s orders. Adam will threaten Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin will reluctantly take the envelope and tell himself that “I should have done this a long time ago.”

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Traci & Cane Enjoy Their Time In New York

In New York City, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will be having fun together. They’ll chat in the hotel main area and Cane will be excited about taking Traci to the party to celebrate her book launch – it’s a costume party. Later, they’ll be dressed as “Flynn” and “Velma’ from her book.

After the party is over, Cane will gush about how amazing Traci is, and she’ll be truly touched. She’ll muse about how her life has become all about looking after everyone else, but Cane will say that her time is now and that he hopes he’s there to see it.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Gets Support From Jill, Then Makes An Odd Discovery

Next on Y&R, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will talk with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) at the Chancellor estate, who will sense that something’s going on with Billy. She’ll notice that he’s holding Delia Abbott’s (Sophie Pollono) doll and they’ll discuss Delia’s absence from Billy’s life. Jill will urge Billy to be the man that Delia taught him to be.

Later, while alone, Billy will see the word “Daddy” written on the side table, and he’ll immediately start questioning Kevin about the word once he arrives at the estate. Billy will reveal that he saw the word in his nightmare about Delia. Kevin will blame Adam and tell Billy to avoid him.

After Billy leaves the estate, Kevin will take pictures of the contents of Adam’s envelope for the judge, then talk to Chloe via phone and mention to her that the “endgame” is in sight. They’ll make plans to meet when he joins her soon.

Then Michael will arrive wanting an update on where things stand between Kevin and Adam, and Kevin will lie and say that he’s not doing anything for Adam. Michael will sense that Kevin’s lying and warn him not to go against Adam on his own. Kevin will say that he intends to take Adam down.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Blasts Adam For Bringing The Custody Case Against Nick

Next on Y&R, at Dark Horse, Phyllis and Adam will discuss the hotel project, and then talk will turn to Christian’s custody case. Phyllis will urge Adam to drop his vendetta and let Nick raise Christian, but Adam won’t consider it. They’ll bicker a bit over the issue, and Adam will tell Phyllis that they’re just alike – nothing is off-limits when it comes to getting what they want.

Later, at Society, Adam and Nick will bump into each other. Nick will tell Adam to back off, and they’ll predictably argue back and forth about the custody case.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Reveals That She May Be Using Adam

Finally, on Wednesday’s episode of Y&R, Billy will be out for a run when he encounters Phyllis. They’ll argue about her showing up at his recommitment ceremony to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) with Adam, and he’ll quip that Adam has messed up her head. Phyllis will say that she can’t control Adam, and she’ll ask him if it ever occurred to him that she’s using Adam and has a plan to make things right. Billy will tell her to hurry up before Adam ruins more lives.
