She believes that if she can change, then she can help Billy.

Chloe is happy with Kevin, while Billy’s marriage to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has been on the rocks due to Billy’s behavior. Even though Chloe and Billy’s marriage was short-lived, the couple remained friends for the sake of their daughter. Delia’s death forever impacted their lives and they’ll never forget about their little girl.
