The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Jack Checks In On Dina—Marla Adams Continues To Be A Part Of The Cast

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will visit their mom, Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) in the long-term care facility on Tuesday’s episode.

Dina will not remember her children, but she will appreciate their visit. As a surprise, the Abbotts arrange for Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) to sing to their mom, which makes her very happy. Here’s what coming up on Y&R.

Y&R Spoilers– The Abbotts Visit Dina

Traci and Jack arrive at the nursing home to check on their mom. At first, she seemed annoyed by their questions. She couldn’t understand why these people, she didn’t know, kept asking how her day was going and how she was feeling.

But slowly she warmed up to them. Y&R spoilers tease that she tells Jack that it’s a shame he isn’t married because he’s quite a catch. And, she enjoys Traci’s story about her new romance novel.

The visit seemed to be going very well. And the Abbott children are thrilled that Dina seems to be doing well.

Young And Restless Spoilers– Jack Has A Change Of Heart

After visiting with his mom for a little while, Jack announces that he must go back to work. Y&R spoilers tease that this upset Traci as she felt that he should focus on their mom.

Traci’s thinking is simple. It won’t be long, and Dina will be gone and Jack will wish he would have pushed work aside to spend time with her, even if their mom doesn’t remember them. Even so, Jack decides to go back to work.

Y&R spoilers state that Jack gets outside the facility is overcome with emotion. He knows that he should stay. He pauses and turns around. He goes back inside to spend time with his mom. Just as he came back inside, Tessa arrives to sing to Dina.

Dina loves Tessa’s music and seems to be having a great time. Traci is moved by her brother pushing work aside to spend time with Dina. It’s clear, Dina will continue to be a big part of the Abbott storyline even if she’s in a facility.
