The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Is Mishael Morgan Returning To Y&R In A New Role?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that another casting shakeup could be on the way for the CBS soap opera fans. Last year, Mishael Morgan (Hilary Curtis) was not able to come to a salary agreement with the soap opera which led to her being killed off the show.

Now, the soap opera has a new showrunner and head writer and, reportedly, he wants to bring Morgan back on contract. However, with Hilary dead, how will he pull it off?

Mishael Morgan’s Y&R  Return

Hilary has been a pretty big part of the show recently. She appears to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and she seems to be haunting him for trying to move on. However, she hasn’t spoken to him and only appears when he is with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy).

If the show wants to bring her back, they will need to bring her back in a “non-ghostly” way. Y&R spoilers tease the writers are scrambling to find a way to bring her back in a way that doesn’t appear silly to the fans,

How Could Mishael Morgan Return?

One of the most popular theories on how Morgan will return to Y&R is she will appear as a lookalike or as Hilary’s sister. Most fans like the idea of her returning as Hilary’s sister since it is possible that her mother kept a secret sister from her.

Apparently, just before her mother died, she gave her paper with information. Viewers never saw that paper, and many assume it could have revealed a secret twin sister. Perhaps, Hilary didn’t want anyone to know.

The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Hilary would have her own reasons for not revealing she had a sister. And with her, there’s really no telling what the reason was. Hilary had a way of being secretive and calculating.

Apparently, this lookalike could show up in GC and Devon will be taken aback. He will not know how to handle the emotions of seeing someone that looks just like his dead wife. But the catch is, Hilary lookalike will want nothing to do with him.

Some rumors suggest Devon will become stalkerish and make her feel uncomfortable and maybe even scared. It sounds like a great storyline. We’ll have to sit back and see if it comes true.
