‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Chick Reaches Crossroads – Nick’s Intolerant Attitude Growing

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will continue to look different to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Seemingly switching emotional places, Nick’s intolerant attitude appears to keep growing, while Adam’s sense of right and wrong is balanced.

Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) is Chelsea’s most important priority, not keeping Nick pacified while she’s caring for her son. Adam is benefiting from all that’s developing. While not fully aware of the manner in which Nick is treating Chelsea, Adam appears on the verge of gaining a renewed opportunity to revisit Chadam.

Adam quickly ditched his plan to morph back into Spider. He rejected Nick’s sharp advice about needing to return to Genoa City, Wisconsin, earlier this fall. But the call Nick received from Chelsea while he was in Adam’s Las Vegas, Nevada, hotel suite, spurned Connor’s father into action.

Mackey’s beleaguered character has been fully supported by his father since returning from one of the world’s most famous gambling destinations. Chelsea’s decision to allow Connor to live in the penthouse with his father is turning into something potentially significant.

Y&R Spoilers – Chadam Family Reuniting

Connor is clearly suffering a form of mental anguish due to the series of traumatic incidents he’s endured this year. That’s enhanced his desire and methods of engineering his hoped-for parent’s reunion.

Chelsea hasn’t fallen back in love with Adam, but she’s increasingly seeing his good side. Egan’s character is also recognizing the qualities Adam possesses. He’s returned to being the man she originally fell in love with.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Relationships Swerve Without Closure

As of the moment, Chick is in flux. However, Chadam never really ended. Instead, Adam’s presumed death forced Chelsea to move on with life and raise their son on her own.

Then, news broke of Adam’s latest resurrection, Calvin Boudreau (John Burke) unexpectedly died, and messy Newman issues happened. So, it’s no wonder that Chelsea is unsteady.

In addition to devoting all of herself to Connor’s best interests, she’s also been trying to achieve personal stability with a trusted significant other. Adam, Calvin, Nick, and now back Adam again?

Y&R viewers will soon know what Chelsea’s decision is, while also taking confidence in knowing that her choice will likely be connected to what’s best for Connor, rather than for herself. Nick should understand that’s how a good parent thinks and acts.
