The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) senses feelings from the past are reappearing. The life she once had with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Connor Newman (as now played by Judah Mackey) at the penthouse is beginning to be restored in modern times.
Connor was eager to leave Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) house and live with his dad. Mackey’s character can’t be blamed for wanting to be in familiar surroundings with his father, who just returned from Las Vegas, Nevada, due to the multiple chaotic incidents that have played out this year.
In this case, Adam was not manipulating the situation. Chelsea willingly allowed her son to move in with his father because she felt it would be best for all involved.
Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman Is Helping
It doesn’t seem like Connor’s mental health issues are going to be easily, or quickly resolved. A licensed therapist didn’t prove to be someone that Connor felt comfortable with. So Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) experience as a psychology student and more importantly, the personal bond she’s formed with Connor, are being tapped by ‘Chadam’.
It would have seemed unusual for Chelsea to genuinely seek Sharon’s help. But Connor’s circumstances are causing his mother to understandably fret. So Chelsea was and remains grateful for whatever Sharon can do to ease Connor’s pain.
Due to Chick’s existence, Sharon’s relationship reboot with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), and her multiple rejections of Adam’s requests to restart Shadam, Chelsea has no concerns about outside factors influencing whatever aid Connor can receive. Everyone truly is trying to do what’s best for Chadam’s son.
Y&R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Follows Son To Penthouse
The use of the nickname Chadam can be applied historically because Chelsea and Adam were a one-time super couple. Their second son, Connor, is also in serious trouble.
Because Chelsea was forced to wade into uncharted territory with her son, she’s desperate to find a solution to his perceived monster problem. She and Adam know that this year’s trauma has damaged Connor’s mind and he needs to begin healing so his as yet undiagnosed condition doesn’t worsen.
Staying with Connor at the penthouse doesn’t appear to be a one-time event. Chelsea likely needs to move back to where Chadam once lived as a married couple in order to ensure her son stabilizes and then rebounds.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Advances Through Patience
Adam has actually stopped seeking revenge against Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and everyone else. Grossman’s character is focused on what’s best for his son.
Without orchestrating the situation, Adam has seen his family reunion plan advance. He seems to recognize this lesson.
Don’t push Chelsea, but instead allow her to slowly reconnect with the life they once had. Connor is the most important person in both of their lives and that bond might be enough to provide another for the Chadam family to revive.
