The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) mental status will be called into question after Dr. Clay wonders if he is really improved or if he’s learned to fake being in a good state of mind. It will call Billy to find out the root of his issues and face it had on.

Young & The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Is Trying To Keep It Together

Billy has worked very hard to move past his mental illness issues. He has a psychiatric break a few months ago and he’s been determined to work on his issues that lead to that. And for the most part, he’s done a great job. He’s tried to accept Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) presence in Genoa City and he’s tried to accept his daughter is never coming back.

As much as he works on his issues, he keeps having moments of losing his grip on reality. Y&R spoilers state that every so often we see Billy chewing gum, which was a clear indication that his alternative personality was taking over.

This week, Billy’s therapist will have some advice for him. And, if he listens, it could change his life.

Y&R Spoilers – Dr. Clay Has Stern Advice

Instead of supporting Billy and trying to pacify him, Dr. Clay gives him some advice. If he doesn’t find a way to move on and figure out what lead to his break from reality, it will happen again. And, her fear is, if it does happen again, it won’t be as easy to get him back.

Billy assures her that he’s fine, but she is clearly worried. She wants him to do some soul searching and spend time with those who love him. She thinks if he discovers the event that caused this whole thing, he will have control over the situation.
