Their encounter may have been created to purposely poke the memories of hardcore viewers, who recall that Billy (as then played by Billy Miller) was down and out all those soapy years ago when Vickie found him outside of a seedy tavern in the gutter on New Year’s Eve.

So after meeting and chatting Amanda up at the bar on two occasions, Billy also saw Morgan’s newest character at Crimson Lights. She asked him on that occasion if he was hitting on her and he claimed no.

Yeah, right. And, adding to it, Amanda is coming out of a bad relationship and is vulnerable.
