Melissa Claire Egan wasn’t the only one sending birthday wishes. Hubby Justin Hartley also sent a special message on Instagram. “Let’s all wish this young gem of a human a very happy birthday! To many more years of love and laughs!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY.”

Holding what appears to be a nearly finished glass of beer, Chrishell is giving a thumbs up in the photo. Chrishell’s reply to Justin reads “Can I still be considered a young gem?? love you.”

Chrishell Hartley was born in Draffenville, Kentucky on July 21, 1981. In addition to The Young and the Restless, the actress’s daytime credits include All My Children (AMC) Amanda Dillion from 2005 through the ABC daytime drama’s cancellation in September 2011. Also on Chrishell’s soap opera resume is a recurring role as Days of Our Lives (DOOL) Jordan Brewster.

Outside of acting, Chrishell is a real estate agent. Her work is showcased in Selling Sunset, a Netflix reality television show focused on The Oppenheim Group, a real estate brokerage dealing in luxury homes in Los Angeles.
