She had reached to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) to let them know she could not reach her grandfather, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to get started with her new Newman Enterprises job.

Phyllis will soon need her adult daughter to support her through a legal battle. The truth about JT Hellstrom’s (Thad Luckinbill) death will come out. When that happens, Phyllis could be in real legal trouble since she helped bury JT’s body. Not only that, there is a popular rumor that Phyllis is the one that is framing Victor for murder.

It’s not just the JT bombshell that will threaten Phyllis’ peace. Nick is about ready to blow his top when he discovers that she proactively tried to push the blame of JT’s death on his father. Victor is not his favorite person, but if his dad goes to the slammer, it will hurt his mother, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).

Will Hunter King Stay On Young And The Restless?

While it’s clear that Summer will return to support her mother, she could end up sticking around. There’s little doubt she has unfinished business where love is concerned, especially with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). While things are good right now with Lola (Sasha Calle), Summer’s return would put a damper on that.
