The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) truly appears to be fascinated by Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). She gushed to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about his many perceived attributes, while the object of Thomas’ obsession stood by incredulously.

Thomas’ call for a fashion showdown was embraced by Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). That quickly led to Zoe’s return to Forrester Creations and Hope’s acceptance of Thomas as her lead designer. While Barnes’ character had knowledge of the events, Zoe absolutely was not a central figure. Instead her father, Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) started it all, with Thomas later taking over as the main villain when he chose to threaten Zoe, Xander Avant (Adain Bradley), Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), and the departed Emma Barber (Nia Sioux).

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) took Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) into her confidence, which raised more than a few eyebrows among audience members. But by doing so Steffy intends to soothe Brooke’s fears for her daughter.

As a fellow parent, Steffy understands Brooke’s justified stance. As someone who Thomas wronged, Steffy has let her stepmother know that she isn’t naive, thus her willingness to go along with Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) plan to use Zoe as a spy.

Brooke’s instincts were right in questioning their ability to trust Zoe’s loyalty. But this is a chance that Liam and Steffy are willing to take.
