The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Ridge Chooses Between Brooke And Shauna – But Is He Making The Right Choice?

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has been fully open with Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. But he’s also been as forthright, or even more so with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards).

‘Bridge’ was seemingly ended by Ridge just prior to Thanksgiving. He kissed Brooke goodbye at her home one night. The next morning he kissed Shauna, after informing her of the breakup, and then offered something more.

Shauna is an upfront person. And think whatever one wants about this character, but she’s also a fierce defender of her daughter. Ridge values family loyalty. That’s why he feels so betrayed by Brooke, while also seemingly recognizing another type of potential soul mate in Shauna.

Raising Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) on her own surely wasn’t easy in Las Vegas, Nevada. But Shauna did benefit from a solid friendship with Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), which also was linked to Flo’s high school romance with Wyatt Fuller (Darin Brooks). Those were Quinn and Wyatt’s original last names as a side point for newer B&B fans.

Ridge didn’t let Shauna leave his father’s living room after she felt compelled to do so. Instead he went on to tell Richards’ alter ego that he wanted to get to know her better. Shauna was fully flattered and overjoyed at an opportunity that came sooner than she anticipated.

B&B Spoilers – Shidge Given Green Light

Ridge is one of those people who was able to end his marriage, while knowing that he had another option. Rather than facing life alone in this fictional version of Los Angeles, California, he’s simply left one impressive lady knowing that he has a chance to start something new with another.

‘Shidge’ has roots that go beyond recent heartfelt conversations both parties have had. As devoted viewers know, Shauna liked Ridge’s looks from the start. But she became infatuated with him when he chose not to oppose Flo’s immunity deal.

The green light Ridge has given Shauna happened because he’s found another woman that intrigues him. So, this isn’t exactly a rebound, but more of a transition due to circumstance.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Second Choice Is Okay

Shauna is under no illusions. She knows that Ridge loves Brooke and that she’s his true love.

Being Ridge’s second choice doesn’t bother Shauna. She is falling in love with him and fully realizes that he represents a real chance at the establishment of a better life.

Whether and how long ‘Shidge’ might last is uncertain. What’s not is that ‘Bridge’ appears to be done unless some life-threatening event happens, which surely is possible, or Ridge changes his mind about who he thinks Brooke has become.
