The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will offer Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) legal advice about Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Ridge will learn that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) obtained Thomas’ signature to share custody of his grandson. But will Ridge try to fight that arrangement? Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Is The Custody Agreement Legal?

There have been so many theories on how this could go down on social media. One idea is that Hope forged Thomas’ signature. While another states that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will voice her concern for her nephew being in the Logans care, especially knowing their hatred for her brother.

The Foresters worry that Hope and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) could poison the young child against his dad, and that could forever damage and strain Thomas and Douglas’ relationship. That is something that Ridge refuses to allow to happen and decides to put his foot down.

B&B Spoilers – Carter Walton Offer Legal Advice

Ridge contacts Carter for legal advice and how to get custody of his grandson. One little detail that could help Ridge is Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) listed Ridge as the father. Unless she amended the birth certificate, Ridge could be the legal father of the boy and Thomas could have no legal right to sign a shared custody agreement.

Carter will let Ridge know what his options are and how they can proceed on getting custody of the child. It seems to be leading to a showdown with Brooke about the boy. The end result could be their marriage could be over.

Ridge doesn’t want Hope to have custody of Douglas. Rightfully, he thinks the young child should be with him or steffy while Thomas gets better. Even so, Hope has no intention of letting the child go and she believes he belongs with her.

In Hope’s mind, she thinks that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) should be his new father. This is why Ridge has decided to do whatever he has to do to save his grandson from the Logans’ clutches and come up with a plan to get Douglas back.
