The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Tuesday, August 13: Douglas Admits Thomas Told Him To Keep A Secret – Ridge Wants Reese Jailed

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, August 13 finds Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) trying to get a hold of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) tries to comfort Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) while Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) talk about everything that has transpired so far.

It begins in Brooke’s mansion, where she is taking to Ridge about Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). She is amazed at how strong Steffy has been through all of this. Ridge thinks that he should have spent more time with her. Brooke admits that she feels bad too but is happy for Hope and Liam. Ridge thinks they should check up on them in the cabin but Brooke thinks that they should be left along for now.

He tries to get a hold of Thomas, but so far there’s been no answer from him. Brooke says that she will look after Douglas. The boy then shows up and says that his father is angry at him for telling a secret. Brooke tells him that they are not upset at him and that he did the right thing. Brooke tells him that no one will ever forget what he did and the courage he had to do it.

Back at the cabin, both Liam and Hope are in bliss as they can’t believe that Beth is with them again. Hope tells her daughter that this is her new home with mommy and daddy. They recall the night that Hope found out that she got pregnant and everything that has happened since.

They both admit that it’s been one wild ride but they are happy that it’s all over now. There’s a knock on the door. Hope thinks it’s Thomas but it’s actually Douglas. Hope is happy to see him and shows him how he brought their baby back to their lives.

She also tells him that she’s sorry for not believing him at first. Hope gives the boy a huge hug and tells him that she will help protect him no matter what.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Wants Reese Buckingham Jailed

Back at the mansion, Ridge is surprised that no one has heard from Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) even though the local authorities are looking into his whereabouts.

He also tells Brooke he’s sorry for not listening to her and her gut instincts earlier. Brooke is glad that all is said and done now but admits that Dr. Buckingham needs to pay for what he did.

Brooke arrives at the cabin to get Douglas but is also happy to see her granddaughter. Hope and Douglas both tell each other than they love one another before he leaves with Brooke. Hope then pulls out her ultrasound and can’t believe she’s holding her baby again.
