The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, Monday July 15: Hope Not Ready To Move On, Thomas Reassures Her

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, July 15th finds Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is not ready to go the distance with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). She also says that she might not be ready by the time their honeymoon comes around. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) have yet another fight in the bedroom while Hope tells Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) not to worry about the future. Also, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) expresses concern about his ex-wife.

B&B Spoilers: Hope Logan Comforts Douglas Forrester

It begins with Hope comforting Douglas in his bedroom. Hope tells the little boy that she and his father will get married, just like he wants. They will finally be a family. Thomas checks the room for ghosts and assures his son that they won’t be back. Thomas can’t help but look at Hope while she tells Douglas a story. She later tells him that she’s worried about Douglas having a nightmare. Thomas says that it won’t happen again before giving her a kiss. Hope admits that she’s not ready to make the next move and that it might be awhile before she is. Thomas says he’s not worried because she’s worth the wait.

Bold and Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke Logan Thinks Plans Are Moving Too Fast

At Brooke’s mansion, Ridge says that he’s excited about Thomas and Hope’s plans. Brooke thinks everything is happening too fast. She doesn’t think Hope is over Liam just yet. She also says that Hope is doing this mostly for Douglas, and not because she loves Thomas. Brooke is hoping that it will be a long engagement as she doesn’t want to see them married.

Ridge wants to put the topic to bed already but Brooke actually climbs into bed and keeps talking about it. Ridge just wants to stop worrying and make out instead. However, Brooke keeps talking about what’s best for Hope. Ridge thinks that it’s time they stop interfering in their children’s lives, but Brooke once again argues that she doesn’t think Hope is falling in love with Thomas.

July 16 B&B Spoilers: Steffy Forrester Likes Having Liam Spencer Around

Over at the Cliff house, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam are talking about good old times. They help one another put their girls to bed. Steffy admits that she likes having Liam at home with her. Liam says that while he feels like this is where he is supposed to be, he’s still concerned about Hope. They talk about Thomas, as Liam can’t help but admit that he thinks he’s shady.

Steffy thinks that her brother is simply head over heels in love with Hope. She admits that it’s probably not easy seeing Hope move on but thinks that Liam needs to let it go. Liam thinks it’s all forced. They then talk about the engagement. Liam is adamant that this is all part of Thomas’ bigger plan, while Steffy tries to talk him down and tells him that he just needs to be happy for them. She says that Hope is doing what’s best for both Thomas and Douglas.
