General Hospital Spoilers – Will Hayden Make A Deal Behind Husband Nikolas’ Back?

General Hosptial (GH) spoilers tease that the intrigue surrounding the return of Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is going to get messier before all is said and done. It was revealed how Nikolas recruited Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) to his cause. But is Hayden truly on Nikolas’ side?

General Hospital Spoilers – Hayden and Nikolas are actually still married

Hayden and Nikolas are still legally married. Since Nikolas is presumed dead, it’s not like she can just divorce him. Nikolas has promised Hayden a hefty sum to help him locate the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s will, that will restore the Cassadine fortune to Nikolas and disinherit Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). But as viewers were reminded recently, Nikolas once hired a hitman to have Hayden killed. And judging by their antagonistic relationship, things between them are still rocky.

GH Spoilers – Could Hayden make some sort of deal with Valentin

Hayden does have a soft spot for Nikolas’ son Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel) as well, so maybe she really is legitimately trying to help Nikolas. But Hayden is a con artist at heart, so it wouldn’t be all that surprising if at some point, if she hasn’t already, gone to Valentin and spills all hoping for a better payout. Nikolas did try to have her killed and didn’t seem all that remorseful about it, so Hayden may still want to get back at Nikolas.

So it’s possible that Valentin seemingly being one step ahead of everyone is because Hayden is on the inside feeding him information. And even if she hasn’t done it yet, she still could. Perhaps she will try to destroy the codicil once it is located. With Hayden, anything is possible. But if she does betray Nikolas, she will also likely face the wrath of her sister, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) who has always been very close friends with Nikolas. Elizabeth has let Hayden stay with her since Hayden’s return to Port Charles.
