‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wednesday, May 1: Josslyn Clings To Hope For Oscar – Drew Tries To Think Positive – Carly Leans On Sonny

“General Hospital” spoilers for Wednesday, May 1, tease that Oscar Nero’s (Garren Stitt) looming death will bring some struggles. Those struggles will be the topic of Wednesday’s special GH episode. The show will explore the pain of losing someone you care about and the process of truly letting go.

First, let’s talk about Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) discovery. He’ll find someone in a room at the Quartermaine mansion and wonder what’s up. Perhaps it’ll be Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) who’s taking a private breather. “General Hospital” spoilers say Olivia will reflect on the past, so Oscar’s upcoming demise may make her think about other loved ones she’s lost.

At GH, Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will open up to a sympathetic Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Liz will understand that this must be rough on Terry as well, so she’ll want to check in. Terry will confess that her job can get grim. Terminally ill patients fight for as many chapters as they can get, but the story always ends the same way.

Over with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), she’ll support Cameron Webber (William Lipton) when he needs her most. It looks like Trina will encourage Cam to figure out what kind of friend he wants to be. The answer is a good one, so he has to deal with his own fears and be there for his pals. Cam will need to comfort Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) after Oscar’s passing as well.

In the meantime, Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) will basically wait for Oscar to die. It’ll be a difficult task, but they have no other choice.

Drew will contend that maybe Oscar isn’t fighting a losing battle. He might mean that Oscar’s fight meant something since he got as much time with his family and friends as he could.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny’s Advice To Carly Corinthos

Then again, Drew could be suggesting that Oscar’s battle will end in peace, not defeat. Regardless, Kim and Drew will have trouble accepting what they can’t change. “General Hospital” spoilers state that Julian Jerome (William deVry) will reach out to Kim, too. He’ll just want Kim to know he’s got her back if she needs anything at all.

Other “General Hospital” spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will offer guidance to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). She’ll be a mess over the pain Josslyn’s facing, but Sonny will push Carly to stay strong. He’ll think Carly can show Joss how to survive and get her through this terrible ordeal.

Finally, Oscar will have a seemingly miraculous moment. He’ll stun Joss when he insists that although he can’t understand it, he feels better. Unfortunately, this is a false alarm. Oscar may suddenly rally as some dying patients tend to do, but he’s still dying. There’s also a chance this is a fantasy of Josslyn’s, but Oscar will face a grim fate no matter what.
